Christmas 2011

Not alot is certain about the next 24 months in my life. One of the few things that is, I will not be hanging out with these crazy kids next Christmas. Possibly not the Christmas after either.
Travelling the world will be an amazing adventure, but hiding under the table at fancy restaurants, playing with bunnies & just chilling with these kiddies was one of my most amazing adventures yet.
I don’t know when I’ll see them again. But I know it’ll always be amazing when I do.

New shoes

Merry Christmas to me, from me.

Seeing as I shall be trekking through the Amazon and hopefully (pass pending) the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, I’ve been searching for a good pair of hiking boots. My search has been on for about 4 months now, and as it turns out I’m extremely fussy with not only food, but footwear too!
I’ve finally settled on a pair I think shall do the trick. They’re so light and super comfy. Not very stylish, but a decent compromise when compared with some of the outrageous designs those hard core companies bring out. HARD CORE SHOES FOR HARD CORE STOMPING!

I took them for a spin tonight and Daddy bought me an ice-block… being home for Christmas has so many benefits.
